1. Introduction

A despatch report contains items that a supplier ships to a retailer, with an expected arrival time for the goods. This document describes the requirements for a despatch report, such that it can be imported by Fashion Cloud. The documentation can also be used for importing a despatch report in a retailer ERP-system, whereby the only difference will be discussed in section 2.

2.1 Message transfer for supplier

• Fashion Cloud sets up an FTP account per supplier. If required, this can also be an SFTP.
• The supplier places a despatch report on their FTP whenever it is ready, in the folder uploads/despatch.
