1. Introduction

A despatch report contains items that a supplier ships to a retailer, with an expected arrival time for the goods. This document describes the requirements for a despatch report, such that it can be imported by Fashion Cloud. The documentation can also be used for importing a despatch report in a retailer ERP-system, whereby the only difference will be discussed in section 2.

2.1 Message transfer for supplier

• Fashion Cloud sets up an FTP account per supplier. If required, this can also be an SFTP.
• The supplier places a despatch report on their FTP whenever it is ready, in the folder uploads/despatch.
• Fashion Cloud processes this report automatically, and exports it for the receiving party in the format that they need.
• Every despatch report shall only be sent once.

2.2 Message transfer for retailer

• Fashion Cloud sets up an FTP account per retailer. If required, this can also be an SFTP.
• Fashion Cloud places the despatch report on the FTP of the retailer, in the folder downloads/despatch.
• Every despatch report shall only be sent once.

3. Filename requirements
