Order sets are Fashion Cloud's way of grouping articles in Preorder for simplified one-click-buying. If order sets are available for a brand in a Preorder collection then retailers will be able to browse these order sets and add them to cart instantly with the single click of a button.
On a functional level our order sets importer requires a file that specifies articles that are part of a the selection. Currently this only works for prepacks. The following section will explain file requirements in detail for sending order sets information to Fashion Cloud.
There are various expressions for order sets in the fashion wholesale industry – particularly in the German speaking markets where this feature is used predominantly. Here are some of the expressions that some of our customers might be more familiar with than 'order sets':
The importer for order sets is called buying_selections which is why this expression will be used in some parts of the following documentation.
