Prepacks are collections of products designed for bulk buying, making it easier for retailers to order coordinated assortments. At Fashion Cloud you can display these assortments. Please be aware of the supported functionalities listed below.
We currently support the following functionalities for prepacks:
At the moment Fashion Cloud only supports prepacks with sizes of one color.
→ Multi-color prepacks are not supported.
Prepacks are supported in reorder and preorder.
→ Prepacks are not supported in Smart Replenishment.
Retailers can order both prepacks and single items based on available stock.
Order transmission (order export) to ERP is including the prepack EAN.
Support for in-house barcodes for Prepacks (non GS1).
Displaying the contents of a prepack for the user.
A grand total per size is shown when adding single items and prepacks in one order.

Prepacks work with our existing product and price data. These are imported through our product and price imports. Apart from this, a prepack master file has to be transmitted. The file contains the prepacks and their corresponding contents.
