This document outlines the necessary preparations and steps required to automatically upload marketing material via our API. The upload process is designed to be asynchronous. Detailed instructions for uploading a new marketing file can be found in Upload a new Marketing File. Once a file has been successfully processed, it will be accessible and downloadable on the Fashion Cloud platform for both brands and retailers.

Upload a new Marketing File

This API allows brands upload their marketing material via an API with a automatic system instead of uploading them manually in dashboard.

Preparation

In order to use this API, you should request the fashion cloud admins to enable the ecommerce package for you.
Additionally, you will need an api key to use the API. To obtain it, go to your dashboard, click on the gear logo on the top right, and navigate to the Account section. Then, scroll down to the section titled API access information. There, you can click on "show" to view the available API keys. Use the API Key E-Commerce to proceed.

To identify which brand you are calling the API for, you need to specify your brandId. You can obtain this ID from the brands page. Go to the brands page and select the brand you need to call the API for. You can then copy the ID from the path of the page.
