Question: How do i upload files to your FTP?

Setting up a new FTP Server Access

Please use an FTP Client to access the server. Here are some free and open-source apps we like to use.

FileZilla for Mac: Download FileZilla Client for Linux (64bit x86).

FileZilla for Windows: Download FileZilla Client for Windows (64bit x86).

• Select 'site manager' in the top left corner of the app, a pop-up window will open
• In the pop-up window select the option ‘New Site’
• Name the connection and enter your login credentials
• No other settings will need to be adjusted
• Click ‘Connect’ to access the FTP Server

Login Credentials

Your login credentials (username & password) will be sent to you in a follow-up email to your Onboarding Kick-Off meeting. Depending on our agreement, you’ll have to use a specific host. If unsure, please check with your account manager.

Host Germany: ftp.fashion.cloud

Host Netherlands: ftp.fashionexchange.nl

Folder structure

Per default your FTP Server Access will contain the following folders. Please do not change the folder names or create sub-folders in any existing folder. Our automated system will only process files directly from folders created by Fashion Cloud.

In case your host is: ftp.fashion.cloud

• productData: For product data (CSV, json, XML)
• productImages: For all product images
